We had a fantastic group trip! The location offered breathtaking views and was perfect for hiking and mountain biking. The staff were really helpful in arranging tours for us. We enjoyed relaxing moments in the lounge with complimentary drinks while soaking in the scenery.
Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed on Christmas Day, which disrupted our plans for lunch.

staying at las dunas was akin to being in a mediocre hostel, not the 3-star delight I expected. No plugs by the bed and dreadful breakfast, absolutely unaceptable. I almost left a good review but it was hard to to overlook the spider in the curtain. clearly, better treatment is needed for discerning guests.

amazing, amazing, amazing
The view from the Beautiful Double or Twin Room was fine, with every sunrise offering a magical spectacle over the lake. I loved the attention to detail during breakfast, where the buffet included good sweet pastries and an array of fresh fruits that were perfect to start my day. The cleanliness of the hotel was great, and the cozy bed made it impossible not to have a restful night.

Views from the Deluxe Double room captured the stunning Lago Argentino, making each sunrise magical. The staff organized our Big Ice trip seamlessly and provided drinks and blankets during sunset viewings. The restaurant offered great food, particularly the fillet steak. However, the internet rarely worked and without a car, getting into town posed challenges. We also faced inconsistent advice from reception regarding safe drinking water, leaving us confused. Overall, while the location's beauty impressed, some aspects like maintenance and service need attention.

Recommend it for couples looking for a romantic getaway
As soon as we arrived, they greeted us with a complimentary drink and some snacks, it was a warm welcome that set the tone. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, with so many options including fresh pastries that made starting our day feel special.
It wasn't inexpensive, but for what you get, still very reasonable.
